Consent to participate in photo day and to have photos taken

By registering, I allow my child to participate in photo day. In the case of joint custody, I also confirm that the other parent/guardian hereby agrees. The consent includes allowing the photographs, group photos and individual portraits to be taken and then stored and archived in a secure online gallery. Additionally I am agreeing to be notified about important events, such as the date of my child's photo day, the availability of my child's photos, special promotions, order deadlines, or the deletion of my online album. I am aware that I have right to withdraw my consent, at any time with immediate effect for all future purposes. 

Guaranteed security: Your child's individual portraits can only be viewed by you via your personal access code you'll receive after photo day - they're not publicly available! 

Please note that the photos are being processed using KI-based software. I use a German service provider.
